When will my car be picked up?

For standard shipments, pickup usually occurs within one to seven business days after your transportation is arranged.

When should I expect delivery of my car?

Delivery times depend on the distance and can range from one to seven days after your car has been picked up.

Is my car insured during shipping?

Yes, your vehicle is fully insured from the moment it’s picked up until it’s delivered to you. You can rest assured that your car is in good hands during the entire transport process.

In what ways can I pay for my auto shipping?

We offer several convenient payment options:

Ccash;
Zelle, Venmo or PayPal (PayPall has 3% transaction fee);
Cashier’s check, certified check, or money order.
Unfortunately, we do not accept credit/debit cards or personal checks.

Who needs to be present during the pickup or delivery?

A person 18 years or older must be present with an ID at both pickup and delivery. They will need to hand over the car keys and sign the inspection documents.

Can I transport personal items with the vehicle?

Yes, you can leave personal items inside your car (up to 100 lbs). However, please note that AVT Logistics LLC is not responsible for these items. In some cases, leaving items inside your vehicle may incur additional costs.
